Dixon Doll, Jr. is Founder and CEO of DBM Cloud Systems. Prior to founding DBM Cloud Systems, Dixon was COO and a Director at Violin Memory (IPO, 2013) where he led the global field sales team from zero to $100M in revenue in less than 4 years. Prior to Violin Memory, Dixon was an early investor and SVP of Sales and Corporate Development at Fusion-io (IPO, 2012). Previously Dixon was VP at Recourse Technologies (acquired by Symantec), VP at publicly-traded NEON (acquired by Sybase) and founder of Longstreet Ventures, a consulting and advisory firm to the venture community. Dixon began his career at Oracle where he spent four years expanding sales in the US Alliances organization. Dixon holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Joe Slember is SVP Engineering and responsible for all aspects of the software development process for DBM Cloud Systems. Prior to joining DBM Cloud Systems, Joe was VP of Software Engineering at Oracle. Joe began his career at IBM Research and has held engineering leadership positions at Pi-Coral and Violin Memory. Joe holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a PhD in Electrical Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sue Habernigg is SVP North American Sales. Sue was VP of Business Development for Bluescape, a leading SaaS collaboration company. Sue also served as Senior Vice President of Business Development & Channel Sales at Violin Memory. Sue is 10-year veteran of Oracle, starting her Sales career in Oracle's DMD organization and was part of the founding 10-person team to launch Oracle's Business Alliance program. She also built sales teams and successful channels at Full Circle Insights, Adobe, Vitria, and Clarify (acquired by Nortel). Sue holds a BA from the University of Southern California.
Jeffrey Morrison is SVP Sales & Operations. Jeff has over 25 years of sales and business development experience in the USA and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining DBM Cloud Systems, Jeffrey was VP & GM, APAC for Violin Memory where he directed sales, pre-sales, post-sales customer support, marketing and sales operations in Asia-Pacific. Prior to Violin Memory, Jeffrey was Managing Director for Asurion Taiwan, VP of Operations for Asurion Korea, Director of Corporate Development for Tandem Computers and Principal of Management Consulting at Ernst & Young. Jeffrey holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BA from Westmont College.
Jon Murphy is SVP Channels and Business Development. Previously, Jon was VP Corporate Development and Global Alliances at Violin Memory. His background, building global customer, partner and distribution expansion, includes VP at Virident Systems (acquired by HGST/Western Digital), Director Global Channels and OEMs at Fusion-io, Director of Sales and Alliances at EVault, Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting and Channel Manager at Oracle Corporation. Jon holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
